2. We acccept payment through Paypal or you can mail us a check or money order and your order will be processed once this has been cleared.
3. Absolutely, we have an encrypted SSL system on our site and your credit card payment is taken through Paypal so we do not even see your credit card details.
4. Absolutely not, Paypal can take your payments whether you have an account or not. The only difference in not having an account is that you have to type in all your personal details every time you pay through Paypal.
5. No you do not pay sales tax unless you live in the state of WA, then, by law we have to charge you the local tax rate for any purchase made through our online store.

7. We currently ship to the U.S.contiguous states only. Please contact us at customerservice@babystoreandmore if you would like to ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada and we will be happy to give you a quote for shipping.
8. Most items will be shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is received. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
9. Return Merchandise Policy. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase that is why we offer a 20 day money back guarantee. We will give you a full refund less shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to returns@babystoreandmore.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# before a refund is issued.
Product being returned must be in the original condition as it was when shipped to you. Any item that has been used or not in any condition to be resold will not be returned. All items that are returned must have the following:
- Return Authorization Number (we will give you one when you contact us)
- All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.)
- Original packaging
- Original invoice or receipt.
10. If you contact us before we have put your order through to the manufacturer we will be able to cancel your order. If your order is already shipped you can contact us for a Return Authorization Number and send it back to us. We will refund you only the cost of the item minus shipping and a restocking fee of 20%. You will also be responsible for the cost of shipping back to us.
