Accepted Methods of Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, e-check and bank transfers all through secure transaction with Pay Pal. We also accept personal checks (with a 10-day hold for the check to clear).
You do not need to have a Pay Pal account to make a purchase.
When you place an order on our site and click the payment button you will be taken to the secure PayPal site where you can make a payment without sharing any financial information with us. After payment has been submitted, you will be returned back to our site.
We Now Offer Free Shipping for Any Order over $99
- All Orders under $99 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $6.99
Shipping We currently ship to the U.S.contiguous states only. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
Shipping Time. Most items will be shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is received. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
Shipping Methods. Merchandise will be shipped using UPS, FedEx or USPS ground service. Most items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer to customers.
Manufacturers Defects. If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect:
- Please contact us within 2 days of receiving the shipment at customerservice@babystoreandmore.com
- We will email you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how to mail the package back to us
- No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.
- We can then send you a replacement or refund your credit card at your request
Return Merchandise Policy. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase that is why we offer a 20 day money back guarantee. We will give you a full refund less shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. You have 30 days from the ship date to receive refunds. You must email the refund request to returns@babystoreandmore.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# before a refund is issued.
Product being returned must be in the original condition as it was when shipped to you. Any item that has been used or not in any condition to be resold will not be returned. All items that are returned must have the following:
- Return Authorization Number (we will give you one when you contact us)
- All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.)
- Original packaging
- Original invoice or receipt.
If you received a different product than initially purchased, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how and where to return this order. We will give you a full refund for the wrong item received and rectify the order and charge you for the correct order. This item has to be returned as above in the bulleted points with RA#, original contents, packaging, original invoice and receipt.
Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:
- Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
- Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
- We stongly advise you you insure all returns as we can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
NO RETURNS ON CLOSEOUT MERCHANDISE
All Sales are final on closeout sales. These items are heavily discounted and will no longer be available so for this reason there are no returns on such items.
We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. You are responsible for all freight charges plus a 20% restocking fee on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
Price Error on our site
We reserve the right not to fulfill an order if there is a price error on our part. We will correct the error and you will be given the option to order the item at the right price.
